We Did Not Start With a Dormitory. We Started With Students.
For 17 years, our core team has worked at the centre of international education in Hong Kong — guiding expat and mainland families through school selection, visa applications, cultural adjustment, and university placement. We were there for the hard parts: the homesickness, the exam pressure, the moments when a student needed more than just a good school.
Over those years, one problem kept surfacing. Accommodation. Not just finding a room — finding a safe, stable, professionally managed home for a child studying thousands of miles from their parents, in one of the world's most complex housing markets. No operator was stepping up to solve it properly.
So in 2024, we stopped waiting. We launched Youth Dorm — not as a real estate venture, but as the natural extension of everything we had learned about what students and families truly need.
