Application steps

Apply to Tung Wah College HK with Youth Dorm’s guidance

Youth Dorm HK is TWC’s official student recruitment partner. Talk to a Youth Dorm representative about your study plan, then let YD guide you through the application procedure step by step. TWC makes all admission decisions.

The application journey

  1. Talk to a Youth Dorm representative. Start with a free consultation about your study options, entry route and budget — by WhatsApp or the enquiry form.
  2. Check your qualification route and programme interest. Start with your entry route: India (Class 12 boards), Malaysia (UEC/STPM/SPM), Pakistan (HSSC), Singapore (A-Level/poly diploma), international qualifications, or the Indonesia and Myanmar pages for current guidance.
  3. Prepare your academic and English evidence. Applications are assessed on documents: secondary school reports, public examination results, transcripts and a personal statement, plus your English evidence.
  4. Submit your application with YD’s guidance. Your Youth Dorm representative explains TWC’s official application procedure, helps you prepare the required information and supports you through submission. Each applicant can submit up to three programme choices.
  5. Watch for any interview, document or condition request from TWC. Shortlisted applicants are notified of interview arrangements by email.
  6. If an offer is made, review deadlines, payment, visa and arrival steps carefully. Accept through TWC’s admission system by the stated deadline. Offer switching is allowed but irreversible — the latest confirmed offer stands.
